Privacy Policy

Bull Prism (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an educational backtesting platform that lets crypto traders describe trading strategies in plain English and see how those strategies would have performed on historical Binance Spot data. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or automated order execution.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name and email address when you register or join the waitlist.
• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google SSO, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Strategy and backtest data: strategy descriptions you type and the backtest results generated from them.
• Usage data: pages visited, clicks, and session information, collected via Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no fingerprinting).
• Communications: messages you send us by email.

We do not collect payment card information, exchange API keys, or any data that would allow us to access your trading accounts.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Bull Prism service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To store your strategies and backtests so you can access them across sessions.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., waitlist confirmation, account notifications). We will not send marketing emails without your consent.
• To understand how the product is used and prioritise improvements.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to the database is restricted to authorised team members.

While we take security seriously, no system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the sub-processors necessary to operate the service:

• Supabase: database and authentication.
• Vercel: hosting and analytics.
• Anthropic (Claude API): natural-language parsing of strategy descriptions. Your strategy text is sent to Anthropic’s API; see Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. Vercel Analytics uses no personally-identifiable cookies or fingerprinting. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@bullprism.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your account and backtest data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Bull Prism is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or a prominent notice in the product.
