Terms of Service

By accessing or using Bull Prism (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bull Prism is an educational backtesting tool. It allows you to describe a crypto trading strategy in plain English and see how that strategy would have performed on historical Binance Spot OHLCV data.

The Service is not:

• A trading bot or automated order execution system.
• A signal service or source of trading recommendations.
• A financial advisor or investment adviser.
• An exchange or broker.

All backtest results are historical simulations only. They do not predict future performance.

During the alpha phase, the Service is provided free of charge to a limited number of users. We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue access at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@bullprism.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk without written permission.
• Submit content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data belonging to us or other users.
• Represent backtest results as guaranteed future performance in any public or commercial context.

Nothing on Bull Prism constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Backtest results are historical simulations intended for educational and research purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. Crypto markets are highly volatile. Any trading decisions you make are solely your own responsibility.

Bull Prism and its content (software, design, brand, documentation) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your strategy descriptions and backtest data remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process and store them solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of data. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bull Prism and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses you incur based on backtest results.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. We will update this section with a specific jurisdiction before the Service exits alpha.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice in the product at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
